  • What can you tell me about construction agreements, proposals, plans, and promises?

If it’s not written, it’s not included. The most important thing to know is that we don’t make verbal promises. This is company policy. If we have an item on one of three documents, it’s included. If we don’t have an item listed anywhere, it’s not included. We eliminate the guesswork and only deliver what's in the written paperwork. That way, everyone is on the same page and there’s no confusion. It’s your responsibility to make sure you read and understand everything that’s included. Our desire is for you to receive everything you want and need for your project. There are many conversations that take place between you and our estimator. Please don’t hesitate to clarify all the items that are important to you with our estimator/designer. And of course, if you see something that’s missing, don’t hesitate to bring it to the attention of your estimator.
